Curtis Sparks, President of North American Wetland Engineering, will be the main speaker at the Sensible Land Use Coalition program held on Wednesday, February 23, from 11:30-1:30 at the Double Tree Park Place, St. Louis Park, MN. (www.sensibleland.org)
The program will be a discussion of decentralized wastewater management and alternatives for creative sub-division planning and choices for urbanizing rural communities.
